RoHS-Compliance

Starting in July 2006, the RoHS and WEE directives prohibit the production or import of lead-containing electronic products for certain defined industrial sectors in order to minimize hazardous and harmful substances in electronic devices. Most component manufacturers have changed their products to “RoHS” compliant products. The manufacturers of electronic components and assemblies have to reveal the ingredients of their products. As a distributor of electronic components, we have no control of the raw material used for manufacturing or design process of each producer. In order to inform you about RoHS status and WEE components, the manufacturers have set up special sectors on their homepages.

We deliver “lead-free” and “RoHS-compliant” components according to customer order, with clear identification on the delivery and packaging note.
