The encapsulated low-power products (mini SIPs, DIPs, and SMDs) are among the smallest solutions available on the market. Many models utilize advanced ceramic substrate and copper lead-frame technologies to achieve their compact dimensions.

At the high-power end of the spectrum, Murata offers 1/32-, 1/16-, 1/8-, 1/4-, and 1/2-brick form factor modules. These open-frame assemblies use multilayer heavy-copper PCBs and planar magnetics. Their high efficiencies enable full-power operation even at elevated ambient temperatures. Optional baseplates provide some of the best thermal performance available in the industry.
