International Rectifier – First M3GB120 SMD with RHA (Radiation Hardness Assurance Designator)

IR has received the Standard Military Drawing for several products. These are the first M3GB120 to have an SMD. And they are available with DLA approved Radiation Hardness Assurance plan (RHA).
