Infineon – ECoLEO-Enhanced Commercial Products for LEO Missions (11/2023)

Based on the extensive know how for HiRel components, Infineon developed the Enhanced Commercial PowerMOS Transistors in plastic package for LEO mission, which are:

• Radiation Tolerant
• SEE (Single Event Effect): 46 LET MeVcm²/mg
• TID(Total Ionization Dose): 30krad
• Process inherent radiation robustness
• Qualification According to AEC-Q101(automotive)
