The protection of your personal data during the collection, processing and use due to your visit on our homepage is an important concern for KAMAKA Electronic Bauelemente Vertriebs GmbH. We keep your personal data confidential and in accordance with the legal data protection regulations and this privacy statement. Hereinafter you find information about which data are collected during your visit on our homepage and how they are used:

  1. Collection and Processing of data

The use of our website is – as a rule – possible without providing any personal data. Personal data are indications about one person or information referring to a person (such as name, address, postal address, telephone number, IP-address) that can be used in order to learn about the person’s identity. Personal data are information referring to an identified or identifiable natural person. A natural person who is identifiable is someone who can be directly or indirectly identified. In general, you can visit our website without indicating who you are. We are only informed about the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you visit us, and the pages you visit on our website. These information are analyzed for statistical purposes only. As individual user you remain anonymous.

Every access to our website and each retrieval of any data deposited on our website is protocolled. The provider of these sites automatically collects and saves information in so-called server-log files which are provided to us by your browser. The storage of information is for internal system-related and statistical purposes. The following information are protocolled: name of the retrieved file, date and time of the retrieval, data volume transferred, report of successful retrieval, web browser and requesting domain. In addition, IP addresses of the requesting computer are protocolled. These data are not directly assignable to persons. A combination of these data with other data sources is not carried out. We reserve the right to verify these data subsequently if we become aware of illegal usage. Further personal data are only collected if you provide these details voluntarily, for example in the course of a request of registration.

Insofar as you provided us personal data, we use these for your requests, processing any contracts concluded with you and for technical administration only.

  1. Use and transfer of personal data

Insofar as you provided us with personal data, we use these for your requests, for sending technical products and general information about our field of activity, for processing any contracts concluded with you and for technical administration only. Your personal data are only given or transferred to third parties if it is necessary for any purposes of contract processing (especially the transfer of order data to suppliers), for any billing purposes, if you agreed to it beforehand or if we are obliged by law or by a judicial decision. Other than that, there is no transfer to third parties.

  1. Rights of the persons affected

Persons affected are granted the following rights of the DSGVO:

  • Right to information
Due to the right to information, the person affected can get an intensive insight in the relevant data and some other important criteria such as, for example, the purposes of processing or the duration of data retention. The exceptions of this right specified in § 34 BDSG are valid.
  • Right to correction
The right to correction includes the possibility, for the person affected, to demand the correction of wrong personal data which concern him or her.
  • Right to erasure
The right to erasure includes the possibility, for the person affected, to demand erasure of data. However, this is only possible if the personal data, which concern him or her, are not necessary anymore, illegally processed or if a respective approval was revoked. The exceptions of this right specified in § 34 BDSG are valid.
  • Right to restriction of processing
The right to restriction of processing includes the possibility, for the person affected, to prevent further processing of personal data which concern him or her. This restriction of processing is especially valid during an assessment phase of other managements of rights.
  • Right to data portability
The right to data portability includes the possibility, for the person affected, to demand (from the responsible person) to receive the personal data, which concern him or her, in a common, machine-readable format and to forward them, if necessary, to another responsible person.
  • Right to dissent
The right to dissent includes the possibility, for the person affected, to contradict, in a special situation, further processing of his or her personal data, as long as this is justified by the perception of public duties or public as well as private interests.
  • Right of withdrawal of the approval

As long as the processing of personal data is based on your approval, you have the right to withdraw the approval, effective for the future, at any times. The erasure of personal data follows if you withdraw your approval to data retention, if they are no longer necessary for the purpose pursued with the retention or if their retention is illegal due to any other legal reasons. Until your withdrawal, the lawfulness of the processing based on your approval, remains unaffected.
