\"\"<\/a>In October 2021 the ESCC qualification of the SPPL12420RH Point-of-Load Converter IC has been completed in the frame of the National Space Program of the DLR e.V.<\/p>\n

SPACE IC is now listed as ESCC Qualified Manufacturer in the European\"\"<\/a> Space Components Information Exchange System (ESCIES).<\/p>\n

The SPPL12420RH component is listed in the Qualified Parts List QPL.<\/p>\n

The corresponding ESCC Detail Spec 9102\/014 is available in the European Space Components Information Exchange System (ESCIES).<\/p>\n

ESCC qualified Flight Models are immediately available from stock.<\/p>\n

The SPPL12420RH is a monolithic IC to build highly efficient and easy applicable POL converters.<\/p>\n

The SPPL12420RH is packaged in CFP-16 and can be used in environments from -55\u00b0C to +125\u00b0C and up to 40 krad(Si). It is latch-up immune and SEE tolerant for LET\u226460MeV\u00b7cm\u00b2\/mg.<\/p>\n
