High LET Value of Hi-Rel RF Radiation Hardened MOSFETs The Hi-Rel RF Radiation Hardened MOSFETs have proven their radiation hardness against Single Event Effects (SEE) and are designed for reliable performance with a Linear Energy Transfer (LET) value of up to 90 MeV/(mg/cm²).

Very Low RDS(on) Value of Hi-Rel RF Radiation Hardened MOSFETs Combining a very low RDS(on) value with fast switching speeds reduces power loss and maximizes power density in today’s high-speed switching applications, such as DC/DC converters and motor controllers. Radiation Hardened MOSFETs incorporate all the established benefits of standard MOSFETs, such as voltage control and simplified adjustment for temperature stability of electrical characteristics.
